Candidates must have computer experience
· Microsoft Office, Gmail/Google Calendar, PennDOT title processing experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:· Professional· Friendly, outgoing, and patient· Excellent customer service skills· Impeccable attention to detail· Ability to work independently and willing to continue learning· Ability to multi-task· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Willingness to submit to a background check· Willingness to complete PennDOT Full Agent training course (if not certified already)
