• Vehicle Title
• Vehicle Mileage
• Government Issued ID for Seller
• PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
• Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)

• The vehicle - we need to see it to verify the Vehicle Identification Number
• PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
• Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)

• Registration Renewal
• Printing of duplicate or replacement registration cards
• Issuing Tags
