PA Title Transfers
What you need to bring:
- Vehicle Title
- Vehicle Mileage
- Government Issued ID for Seller
- PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
- Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)
Out of State Title Transfers
What you need to bring:
- Vehicle Title - properly assigned from seller
- Vehicle Mileage
- The vehicle - we need to see it to verify the Vehicle Identification Number
- PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
- Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)
Other Services
- Registration Renewal
- Printing of duplicate or replacement registration cards
- Issuing Tags

Our Fees
Title and Tag Transfers - $75.00
New Plate - $30.00
Registration Renewal - $30.00
PennDOT fees (title transfer, sales tax, registration, lien fee, county fee, etc.) will be charged in addition to our fees.
