PA Title Transfers

What you need to bring:

Vehicle Title
Vehicle Mileage
Government Issued ID for Seller
PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)

Out of State Title Transfers

What you need to bring:

Vehicle Title - properly assigned from seller
Vehicle Mileage
The vehicle - we need to see it to verify the Vehicle Identification Number
PA Driver's License or ID Card for Buyer
Proof of Insurance in Buyer's name (does not apply for trailers)

Other Services

Registration Renewal
Printing of duplicate or replacement registration cards
Issuing Tags

Title and Tag Transfers - $75.00

New Plate - $30.00

Registration Renewal - $30.00

PennDOT fees (title transfer, sales tax, registration, lien fee, county fee, etc.) will be charged in addition to our fees.
